Here are some of my signature workshops! You can book these or ask me to create ones for your group. For more embodied consent workshops, check out this page: https://consentworkshops.kvibrations.com/
The workshop can be geared toward different populations, but all walk away with tools to:
♦︎ identify harmful narratives that keep them from living their best life
♦︎ name disruptors of those narratives
♦︎ rewrite narratives in an affirming way
Helping Professionals
(Such as coaches, counselors, therapists, social workers, clergy, etc.)
As a diverse and multi-faceted field with many avenues of entry and a history of perpetuating the same types of historical marginalization and exclusion as the rest of society, it’s not surprising that many of us sometimes experience impostor syndrome. If you struggle with self-doubt related to whether you have the proper training or credentials, your ability to support others with issues that you are also struggling to overcome, or facing difficulty in feeling confident in your work as a helping professional due to bias and discrimination from within or outside the field, this workshop is for you.
It can also be geared towards professionals in general who struggle with impostor syndrome and feelings of inadequacy in the workplace.
Individuals who are part of historically marginalized communities
Finding confidence in our identities and having a sense of belonging can be particularly challenging for those with identities on the margins, whether it's because we are straddling two or more cultures or if we feel lacking in one or more identities (e.g., not queer enough, not Latin enough, not trans enough, and so on). These challenges can be due to immediate exclusion by those around us, messaging from media representations that don't include our experiences, or toxic environments.
This workshop invites participants to challenge one of the stories holding them back from feeling connected with the community/self by using a method they can continue to use independently for years to come.
Individuals who struggle with feeling worthy of good things
Recognizing ourselves as worthy of good things, including pleasure and healthy loving relationships, can be a challenge for anyone. Unfortunately, whether due to media influence, our upbringing, traumatic experiences with potential loved ones, or structural issues of oppression, the negative can overpower us. This workshop invites participants to challenge one of the stories holding them back from feeling worthy or enough through journaling, naming, storytelling, and reframing.
For many, pleasure begins in the mind rather than the physical touch. In this workshop, you will explore methods for engaging or restricting all five senses (taste, sound, smell, sight, and touch) for exciting and steamy sexual encounters. Come prepared to participate and explore infinite possibilities. Within the workshop, we will test methods on our largest organ, our skin, and a mixture of traditionally and non-traditionally erogenous zones.
This workshop is for folks seeking to explore polyamory or another form of consensual non-monogamy (CNM) thoughtfully and intentionally. Like anything that is undertaught or misunderstood, a lot can fall through the cracks when starting in the ENM world. In this workshop, we'll discuss types of CNM, kitchen table, parallel polyamory, boundary and expectation setting, communication techniques and plans, jealousy and conflict resolution techniques, and managing expectations.
This workshop can be adjusted for different groups but generally covers some basic anatomy, libido, arousal, sources of shame, body experiences, self-care, & masturbation.
This workshop is a day-long empowering exploration of body and self.
Goals include:
♦︎ Body positivity (in the meet you where you're at, no shame way)
♦︎ Increased familiarity with one’s body and comfort with those of others
♦︎ Exploration of sexuality through conversation
♦︎ Connection with other people with vulvas
♦︎ Confronting socialization
♦︎ Low-risk vulnerability
This workshop is a nude space to create a sense of shared vulnerability. The culminating activity will be a guided vulva show-and-tell followed by a non-sexual group massage. Both the vulva show-and-tell and the group massage are activities that come from Betty Dodson's BodySex Workshop.
Throughout our lives, starting as children, we are trained to ignore our bodies. You are often woken up before your body is ready to get to school, then forced to sit still for prolonged periods, eat at designated times, and ask permission to go to the bathroom, sometimes denying those needs. This conditioning can often continue into the workplace and impact our relationship, not only with our bodily cues but also our eroticism and even relationships with others.
In this workshop, we will (1) begin to explore practices that can help you learn to get back in touch with how your body is communicating, and (2) learn some erotic-based embodiment exercises you can use to increase your erotic bodily awareness and capacity for pleasure.

Where should we sit? Can I kiss you? Give me a hug! Can I come over tonight? Did any of these questions or commands make you hesitate—or squirm? We make countless decisions every day and may sometimes respond before we've fully tuned into what our mind, body, and heart truly want. For those who struggle with self-sacrifice or fear that changing their minds isn’t an option, this can be especially distressing. In this workshop, we will practice the sacred pause, a somatic tool for responding to requests from a place of mind/body/heart knowing. Together we’ll cultivate the skill of honoring our authentic responses and practice expressing when we’ve changed our minds.
In this workshop, Dr. Ashley Townes and I discuss what it means to sexualize or fetishize individuals based on their race, ethnicity, and gender. The intersectionality of race, ethnicity, and gender among Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) is often attached to stereotypes that impact sexual scripts/roles and, therefore, experiences navigating sexual and romantic relationships.
Only your email address & email consent are required to sign-up.
